There are a great many short videos available on the internet today showing the Arab enemy blindfolded, humiliated, slapped, being forced to sing Hatikva, etc.
And unfortunately they're widely shared and even shown to children, as if to demonstrate how we, the Israeloids, are now "getting some back".
These videos are in every way execrable, regardless of how mild they may be relative to the enemy's cruelty and the videos they've produced, graphically exposing their blood lust and schadenfreude.
THE UPSHOT
The practise of watching any and all such videos must be avoided and opposed unequivocally by all authentic Jews.
Two reasons.
The first: they're a distraction. And a very dangerous one, at that.
In war, we kill.
We don’t torture or abuse or humiliate the enemy before we dispose of him.
We dispatch him directly to hell.
No halacha whatsoever is fulfilled via cruelty and humiliation.
It gains us nothing.
What does happen, rather (and this leads to the second reason), is that by engaging in such behavior, or even watching it, we accustom ourselves to cruelty—cruelty that will eventually manifest itself at the wrong time and with the wrong people, G-d forbid.
And that will not be forgiven.
Fifty years of research into television violence flat out affirms it; you simply cannot watch violent images and remain unaffected.
You grow cold.
You become indifferent.
And you imitate.
Furthermore, as Jews we know beyond question that Hashem doesn't behave with us in such a wanton and capricious manner.
He doesn't randomly and cruelly torture us, giddily acquiescing to some inherent sadistic streak that occasionally seizes Him. The very thought is unthinkable. It would be anathema to Him, so to speak, to behave as such.
We, too, therefore, should flinch when we see fellow Jews sinking to that level—again, however mild it may be, yachasit, to the behavior of our enemies.
So, yes, kill the buzzturds, by all means.
Do it with the greatest efficiency possible, and inflict maximum suffering in the shortest period of time, without regard to the false morality of the nations.
Do it, too, to bring a sanctification of G-d's name, because that is, after all, the ultimate purpose here. This is a milchemet mitzvah, a commandment from the Torah that obliges us to leave NO MAN STANDING.
And let there be no apologies, now or later, for serving the Lord, G-d of Israel.
WHY THEY DO IT
The purpose of THEIR videos, which far too many good Jews are watching these days, is to destroy our souls, terrify us, overwhelm us with a dread of what might be and render us zombies, victims-before-the-fact, unable to function in the face of the shock and horror we've just seen.
So, why?
Why let them accomplish that?
What's gained thereby?
Some say it helps to motivate us.
Really? Motivate us?
To do what?
To make our own movies?
To go to war against them, bichlal?
To kill them, bichlal?
To show them that this time we're reeeeeeealy serious, so watch out?
We need their videos to accomplish that?
To understand who they were all along?
Crazy.
We have a mitzvah, friends.
To disinherit the Arab interloper from our land.
It's written and it's clear and it's simple as tefillin and birkat hamazon.
So let's get on with it.
Without all the showmanship.
In the end, it'll bring us the greatest peace imaginable.
